—Our Farm Partners—

Clark Farm

Carlisle, MA

185 Concord St has been home to agricultural production beginning in the early 1700s. The farm's name honors the family who served as its stewards before. Guy and Dot Clark together ran a very successful dairy farm until 1985 on the land which his parents had purchased in 1899.

Currently, Clark Farm produces certified organic vegetables and berries for its CSA community, farm stand, and local farm-to-table restaurants. In addition to vegetables, the farm raises lamb, goat, pastured pork, and laying hens.

Cucurbit Farm

Acton, MA

With roots from the Christofferson family dating back to 1896, the farm began on School Street and has remained in the family through what is now the current 4th and 5th generations.

Cucurbit Farm grows annuals, perennials, tomatoes, corn, pumpkins and a wide variety of vegetables that are sold seasonally at the farmstand.

Red Fire Farm

Granby, MA

Growing with certified organic practices since opening in 2001, Farmer Ryan Voiland immediately certified his field as organic with NOFA/Baystate Organic Certifiers, and thus became one of the first certified farms in Massachusetts.

The farm produces a wide diversity of vegetables, flowers, fruit, and a high quality selection of vegetable and bedding plant flowers for your home garden in the spring.

Brookford Farm

Canterbury, NH

For 14 years, Catarina and Luke Mahoney have been learning and practicing organic and biodynamic farming on a variety of farms in Russia, Germany and the United States.

Located only 15 minutes north of Concord and situated along the banks of the Merrimack River, the 600-acre diversified farm has 35+ acres of certified organic vegetable production and home to cattle, hogs, lambs and chickens, all rotated on pasture as the seasons allow. Milk from the dairy herd is bottled raw or turned into a wide variety of dairy products in their creamery.

Butternut Bakehouse

Arlington, MA

Chef and owner Suzana Samad began building the concept of Butternut Bakehouse out of her home in 2016. Not only did she wish to bake rustic pastries honest in ingredients, natural in looks and delectable in taste and texture, she hoped to create a place that nurtures friendships and builds community.

In 2019 she opened her first location and achieved just that. Butternut Bakehouse is home to unique flavors and innovative genius, blending a style of French pastry and her Malaysian roots.

Fat Moon Farm

Westford, MA

Farmer and owner Elizabeth Almeida established Fat Moon Farm in 2016. Fat Moon Farm mushrooms are certified organic by Baystate Organics. All of their crops are grown in a dedicated warehouse space in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley.

Fat Moon Farm’s organic mushrooms are known for their freshness, flavor, nutrition and beauty. They offer quality and varieties you can’t easily find in traditional grocery stores.

Pure Pastry

Beverly, MA

The essence of Pure Pastry was born from owner Kim Gregory’s desire to bake a chocolate chip cookie and embrace it for its simplicity. There is power in the pure, natural, and honest. The company speaks for itself; Pure Pastry is pure love.

Pure Pastry infuses only the purest, most organic ingredients into their pastries including home grown herbs, fruits and veggies from their garden, locally sourced butter and eggs, and fair trade extracts, flours, and chocolates. All of their pastry is baked in small batches, freshly made–from farm to oven.

Lilac Hedge

Rutland, MA

Lilac Hedge pays homage to owner Ryan MacKay’s grandfather, who established the original Lilac Hedge Farm in 1898. Their present-day farm practices set a new standard in pasture-raised livestock farming. They are more than farmers, they are caretakers with a commitment to stewardship that reaches beyond their farm gate.

Ryan and his team take pride in caring for every aspect of the farm, from the complexities of managing an expansive 350-acre farmland to assuring that each individual egg is nest-laid and hand-gathered. They are devoted to farming their way because they believe that the earth’s most delicious, healthiest foods are created when farmers work in harmony with nature. On the farm they raise beef, pork, lamb, chicken, turkey and duck on a pasture-based system from birth to processing.
